Explore the FULL-PROOF Best Practice Replicability Framework

Good practices developed in one country should not be limited to a single national context. Sharing and adapting effective solutions across European Union Member States can help strengthen the protection of procedural rights across Europe. This is why the Best Practice Replicability Framework was created.

The document has been developed as part of the FULL-PROOF project. It presents a framework refined following seven national roundtables on best practices replicability. Its aim is to index good and promising practices developed and applied in the field of the protection of procedural rights as well as to assess their potential for replication in other countries.

The framework can serve as a starting point for selecting, introducing and evaluating practices developed in other Member States, contributing to stronger protection of the rights of suspects and accused persons.
