Explore Procedural Rights across EU with CrossJustice

Procedural rights in the European Union are governed by common minimum standards established by EU directives, but their implementation and practical application may differ from one Member State to another. The CrossJustice platform helps users to navigate these differences by providing practical tools and bringing together legal information in one place.

CrossJustice is a free online platform providing up-to-date information, advisory services and training on procedural rights for legal professionals, law students, NGOs, and all EU citizens. It consists of two modules: the Legal Database and the Advisory Module.

As part of the FULL-PROOF project, the University of Bologna has conducted detailed research into the national implementation of the six Stockholm Roadmap Directives in Slovenia and Slovakia. Based on the findings of this research, the CrossJustice Legal Database Module and Advisory Module has been updated with new country-specific information.
