FULL-PROOF 1st Face-to-Face Meeting in Lisbon

On 31 January 2025, the FULL-PROOF consortium gathered in Lisbon for the 2nd Project Coordination Meeting (PCM).

This was a particularly significant milestone, as it was the first time the entire project team met in person. Held at the VIP Executive Picoas Hotel, the meeting offered a valuable opportunity for all partners to connect, strengthen collaboration, and discuss the next steps for the project.

The agenda covered key activities across multiple Work Packages (WPs), including the following:

• WP1: Management and Coordination – Discussions on project management strategies, coordination meetings, and administrative efforts to ensure smooth implementation.
• WP2: Cross analysis of in-practice breaches – Updates on stakeholder mapping, baseline analysis, and the ongoing development of the CrossJustice Legal Database and Advisory Modules.
• WP3: Supporting materials and replication of best practices – Examination of frameworks for best practice replicability to maximise project impact.
• WP4: Cross-national experiences and networking – Review of collaborative efforts and cross-border exchange of knowledge.
• WP5: Dissemination and sustainability – A presentation on the project’s visual identity, communication toolkit, and strategies for increasing visibility and ensuring long-term sustainability.

This first in-person meeting was a key milestone, enabling the consortium to align its goals and refine upcoming activities. We are excited about the road ahead and look forward to working together to advance the FULL-PROOF project.
