FULL-PROOF Recommendations: Strategy Paper on Procedural Rights
The FULL-PROOF project has published its Strategy Paper on Consolidating EU Action on Procedural Rights, bringing together key evidence, findings and recommendations developed throughout the project.
The publication draws on research and consultations carried out in seven EU Member States: Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
It focuses on the practical implementation of three key procedural rights covered by FULL-PROOF: the right to information, the right of access to a lawyer and the right to legal aid. The Strategy Paper brings together the project’s conclusions and recommendations for further action to strengthen the practical application of these rights.
